When Can I Return a Product?

You may return any unopened item within 7 days (one week) from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Product must be unopened: The bottle or package must remain sealed. Opened items cannot be accepted for safety and quality reasons.

  2. Proof of purchase is required: Please provide the email receipt or order confirmation from ZenvitaCo.com.

Note: Opened or used products cannot be returned under this policy.


How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  2. State your reason: Briefly explain why you wish to return the item.

  3. Receive instructions: We will reply with the exact return address for our global partner closest to you.


Important Shipping Information

Because our products ship internationally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Keeping the tracking number until the return is complete.

Note: We cannot reimburse your shipping costs for returns unless the error is on our side (wrong or damaged item).


Refund Process

Once our global partner receives and inspects your returned item:

  1. If the item is unopened and in good condition, a refund will be issued.

  2. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  3. Refunds generally appear on your card or bank statement within 7–14 business days.

Important: Refunds cover the cost of the product only. Shipping costs, both for the original order and return shipment, are not refundable.
